Job Summary:
The Telecommunications Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the telecommunications systems and networks of an organization. This includes the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting and resolving telecommunications-related issues. The Telecommunications Administrator works closely with other IT team members, as well as with vendors and service providers, to ensure the smooth operation of telecommunications services and the efficient communication flow within the organization.
